Position = Senior Publisher Development

AerServ is seeking a Senior Sales Executive for its growing business.


  • Generate publisher sales leads for AerServ within the assigned territory
  • Manage all in-bound sales inquiries from, qualify leads and successfully close new publishers for AerServ
  • Communicate the business benefits of the AerServ platform, products, and capabilities to potential publisher customers
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline, prioritize accounts and clearly communicate sales status to management
  • Collaborate with sales colleagues and the cross-functional teams at AerServ to deliver superior client service, including Marketing, Publisher and Tech Services, Product Management, Engineering and Demand Sales and Services
  • Build and maintain lists of dedicated clients among top and mid-tier publishers
  • Acquire access to inventory across the spectrum of video content globally
  • Negotiate contract terms for new publisher, content owners and distributors


  • 2+ years of relevant work experience; preferred experience in digital / mobile
  • Digital advertising background with solid understanding of pricing models (CPM/CPC/CPI), ad technology, and performance metrics (CTR, fill rates, etc.) is strongly preferred, but not required
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and strong work ethic; driven to contribute to a team
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects — work prioritization, planning, and collaboration with peers in a cross-functional setting
  • Strong writing, presentation and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
