Position = Publisher Account Manager


Job Description

Publisher Account Managers are a critical component of AerServ. In this role, you will be the day to day contact with our publishers, and the voice and face of our business. Most importantly, the Publisher Account Manager is responsible for growing each account which requires continuous sales and solutions. Account managers are responsible for managing all post-sales communication with the publisher, from onboarding and testing, regular check-ins and relationship development, to monthly reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Working with the publisher development team to onboard new publishers.
  • Monitor campaign delivery, fill rates, CPM, and all other stats for the publishers assigned to you.
  • Work with the ad operations team for campaign alignment and acquire tags for publishers.
  • Build and deliver publisher reports to publishers and internal teams.
  • Maintain regular communications with publishers assigned to you.
  • Troubleshooting issues that arise with publisher integrations.
  • Build a long lasting relationship with each publisher.
