Position = Advertising Operations Coordinator


Job Description:

The Advertising Operations Coordinator will assist in all campaign execution and optimizations.  You will be a point person for operational trouble shooting for both internal company issues and external pub issues. You will be expected to coordinate and effectively communicate operational needs with manager to reach campaign goals and/or internal company goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Process new insertion orders
  • Test and perform QA on ad tags and creative to ensure specifications are met
  • Troubleshoot any technical and performance issues
  • Provide technical support to pub dev, agencies and networks
  • Monitor delivery of all partner numbers and direct campaigns to ensure successful execution
  • QA campaigns and provide screenshots to clients
  • Communicate with manager regarding network performance, campaign delivery and optimizations
  • Maintain and troubleshoot daily reporting from internal and third party sources
  • Assist the billing department with post campaign questions and reports
  • Send wrap reports including screen shots and final delivery to the agency after each campaign

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1 year of proven experience with online ad trafficking coupled with technical expertise preferred, but not required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Able to work independently, initiate their own projects as needed to streamline their workload, understand the business process and work in a team environment
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines; working after hours to meet proposal and project deadlines if needed
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Ability to manage and prioritize several tasks and requests at once
  • Learns quickly, asks questions, wants to understand their responsibilities and the industry
  • Experience with HTML, JavaScript
